Coach Darrion Eddie
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Coach Darrion Eddie built his game in the weight room as much as on the field. Told at 170 pounds going into his senior year that he was too small to play college baseball, he put in the work, grew past 220, and started as a freshman outfielder at Cosumnes River College — earning All-League honors, tying for his team's home-run lead, and landing a Perfect Game national ranking along the way.
He now specializes in strength and conditioning for baseball players, translating that experience into training built for the sport: functional strength, explosive power and speed, rotational movement for hitting and throwing, arm care, mobility and durability across a long season. Every program is one-on-one and tailored to the athlete's age, position and goals — the kind of foundation that turns a good player into a stronger, faster, more resilient one.
